Elma Plans Work on Roadways
Elma Town Supervisor Michael Nolan reported on Feb. 10 that the town’s highway department has received approval from Albany to use $25,000 in state funds allocated to the town to refurbish Woodard Road between Girdle and Bowen roads, $30,000 to rehabilitate two miles of Schultz Road between Woodard and Jamison roads, and an amount not to exceed $18,300 to repave less than a mile of Hilltop Drive.
